The spirit of enthusiasm amongst Jabodetabek youth did not stop at the WR1 (We are One) event. Lapse of two weeks, did not slow down for them to come together again at Ragunan Wildlife Park on Saturday, 23 November 2019.
Joyfully they came again to Ragunan. This time the song “We are together again” was the opening compliment at this event.
Everyone sang this song with a great joy while they met each other again. In addition they are also excited when the yells given. “Youngsteers ..Arise !!”
Entering the Word of God accompanied by the song “Hanya ini Tuhan”. Worship is seriously offered to God. Being in the middle of the public area of the zoo park field did not make these young people not focus on worshiping God.
God’s Word was delivered by Rev. Endah Caratri taken in Psalm 139: 16 “Your eyes saw me while I was going to be a child, and in your book all of them are written the days that will be formed, before there are none of them.”
Where we are special before God. There is no coincidence that humans were born on this earth. So how valuable are our lives.
What is God’s plan for our lives?
1. To meet the Lord Jesus
2 Corinthians 5:17 “So whoever is in Christ is a new creation: the old has passed away, and the new has come.”
We have a life in God. That is a new creation. So, all the old life that made us fall into sin has passed because the new has come. Because Christ lives in us and makes life full of joy.
2. God has chosen us to serve God.
John 15:16 “You did not choose me, but I chose you. And I have appointed you, that you go and bear your fruit and your fruit, so that what you ask of the Father in my name, he gives you . “
We are people chosen by God. There are many people outside who are smarter than us, but God chose us. So that our lives can be a blessing for others. Because God does not seek for smart people but God wants people who really want to be used by God to bear fruit for many people.
So let us give thanks for God’s call in our lives.
Furthermore, after the Word of God, all sang the song “Hidup ini adalah kesempatan” as a prayer to God. They sing this song earnestly and raise their hands as a commitment to faithfully serve God in their youth.
The act of their commitment to serving God, after praying, all divided the group to discuss what the ministry programs they were going to do.
The event was ended with holding hands while singing the song “Hari ini ku rasa bahagia”. All went home joyfully and ready to serve God.
